Interfuse Limited is a family run business established in 1965 in Leicestershire, manufacturing precast concrete masonry blocks in dense and lightweight material, at locations in Syston and Gainsborough.

Great importance is attached to working closely with the Environment Agency in order to preserve and enhance the environment in which we operate.

Interfuse is committed to:

• Operating and maintaining an environmental management system at its Syston and Gainsborough sites that is compliant to BS EN ISO14001:2004
  
  
• Complying with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations and standards,including compliance with our Environmental permits
  
  
• Working to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and the prevention of pollution. In particular we are committed to:
  • Reducing waste
  • Optimising water use
  • Improving energy efficiency
  • Being a good neighbour

Objectives and Targets will be set to monitor our performance in these areas.

As part of our commitment to continual improvement this Environmental Policy and the objectives and targets are reviewed on a regular basis.
