QUALITY SYSTEM
COMPANY STATEMENT

Interfuse Ltd has operated a production control system for many years and is now committed to a formalised quality system at both its production plants located at Syston in Leicestershire and Gainsborough in Lincolnshire.

The Company manufactures concrete masonry units to BS.EN 771-3 and associated test standards. Controls, inspection and tests are installed to monitor product quality from raw materials to finished product. Materials are responsibly sourced to comply with BES 6001 and an Environmental Management System has been certified to ISO 14001:2004.

Basis of the system is BS.EN ISO 9003 and BS.ISO 9002 Part 2 as far as is applicable, to concrete masonry unit production, with the objective of achieving a Quality Control System ensuring that the products conform to the European Standard and declared values and to apply CE marking for the product range.
